What Is The Return Policy?

Wahl accepts returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs.

In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please Contact Us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product condition.

Wahl only accepts returns on products purchased from wahlpro.com. For purchases made through a retail store, marketplace, or other outlet, please return to the original place of purchase. Wahlpro.com refunds are issued to the original form of payment. The original shipping and handling will not be refunded. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund from the time we receive your return.
